BMCI Consulting Inc. is a Canadian controlled private corporation established in 1990, providing audit, evaluation and advisory services.

BMCI Investigations & Security Ltd. is a security and licensed investigation company resourced with licensed private investigators.

The President of BMCI's companies, Kenneth Payne, began his career in professional consulting and auditing in 1975 with an international accounting firm. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Systems Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified General Accountant. He is a Commissioner of Oaths and for Taking Affidavits. He has extensive senior public and private sector experience leading federal policy and program development and evaluation initiatives involving the government and private sector at provincial, regional, national and international levels. He has led major, high profile investigations, many with national and international implications, as well as investigations involving breach of trust under the Criminal Code, indictable offences pursuant to the Financial Administration Act and Losses of Money and Offences and Other Illegal Acts Against the Crown.
