Overview

BMCI consultants have extensive experience and expertise designing, developing and delivering training in traditional classroom settings as well as one-on-one coaching and web-based training.

BMCI follows the Systems' Approach to Training (SAT) and applies appropriate adult learning techniques in the design, development and delivery of training. Any training design matches the client's organizational processes and needs. Most training incorporates exercises, scenarios and other activities based on, e.g. the findings from the client's internal audits or other identified client needs. BMCI consultants can also develop complementary train-the-trainer courses to enable clients to deliver their own training should they so require.

Training experience and expertise includes:

  • developing and delivering courses to graduate and post-graduate students at the MBA level in North America;
  • customizing training materials to reflect an organization's continuous learning demands;
